We would like to invite you to our 3rd annual family fall festival which will be held on October 22nd, 2011 from 1-5 pm. 

Our goal with this event is to bring together people of the community to celebrate the miracle of fall, cooler weather, and old fashioned free family fun.  We are hoping as vendors at this event you will have the opportunity to market your company in the community as well as recruit new clients and customers for your business. In our past fall festivals we have had a great turn out, and lots of fun!!! If you are a vendor who would like to sell things at your booth this is permissible, we invite the festival to have a market feel. 

We understand that every company has a marketing budget so this event would fit right in.  Instead of paying a fee to attend this event we are asking for donations of items for the festival.  Examples of these items are condiments, meat, paper supplies, drinks etc.  We will determine who is to bring what by considering the number of vendors and how large the company is that will be attending.  We also ask you to consider donating an item for a silent auction; all earnings will go to the Belhaven outreach team which was created to serve the Houston and Greater Houston areas.

An 8x10 booth area will be reserved for each vendor (please bring table and chairs, if you cannot let us know and we will do our best to accommodate).  Please register immediately.  We would like to have your commitment by September 30th so that we can determine who is to bring what and have adequate time to prepare.
